Definitions
ShopItBack refers to this website, ShopItBack.com.
Member(s) refers to those who join ShopItBack for cash back purposes, either as an individual or as a non-profit.
Merchant(s) refers to the stores that are listed on ShopItBack.
Overview
ShopItBack is a web-based shopping portal that offers our Members cash back rebates and coupons from over 1,000 Merchants.
Eligibility
Members must be at least 18 years old and be USA residents. As such, accounts from non-USA residents will not be paid and will be deleted.
Members must have internet access and an active email address. ShopItBack can't be responsible for the Members ability to connect to the internet, access our website or their account.
Member Accounts
Member is responsible for maintaining their account to ensure that ShopItback has the correct email and mailing address.
Member is responsible for keeping their account information confidential. No other person should be given access to the Member account.
One Member account per person. Duplicate accounts will be deleted and the cash back forfeited.
Cash Back Accumulation
ShopItBack will pay cash back rebates to their Members who make Qualified Purchases. A Qualified Purchase is a purchase that occurs when the Member is logged in to their account, clicks on a Merchant link on ShopItBack and completes the purchase. The determination of whether or not a purchase made through ShopItBack is a Qualified Purchase is the sole discetion of ShopItBack.
Cash back rebates to the Member are subject to product returns and service cancellations.
Merchants report purchases through third-party affiliate tracking. If a Merchant does not report your purchase, then ShopItBack cannot credit your Member account for cash back.
Cash Back Payments
ShopItBack pays all Member cash back rebates via company check or Paypal. Payments are made every 3 months to Members per the schedule below. Members must have at least $10 cash back from that perticular period to receive payment. All other accounts will be carried over to the following payment period.

Member is responsible for keeping all profile information up to date in order to facilitate payment, including email and mailing address. If your payment information is not correct at the time of payment, the Member agrees to forfeit all cash back as ShopItBack will not be responsible for any payments sent to the wrong Paypal account or mailing address.
Exceptions & Exclusions
Occasionally there will be Member purchases that do not generate a cash back rebate, such as gift certificates, gift cards and other items.
If the Member returns a product or cancels a service from the Merchant, the Member could void their cash back rebate.
If the Member uses Paypal or Google Checkout to complete their payment for their purchase, the Member may void their earn cash back.
Use of a coupon not listed on ShopItBack could void Member cash back.
If cookies are not enabled on the Members computer, this could void cash back.
Disputes
ShopItBack does not sell any products or services. When you use ShopItBack for cash back purchases, you pay the Merchant directly and they are responsible for the product/service, service and warranties.
In the event that a dispute arises between the Member and a Merchant listed on ShopItBack, the Member releases ShopItBack and their Officers, Directors and Employees from and against claims and damages of any kind.
Inactivity
Member accounts that do not make any qualified purchases for 365 days are considered inactive. Inactive accounts will be deleted and cash back will be forfeited.
Termination of Membership
ShopItBack reserves the right to cancel the Member account if we suspect any violation of terms or fraudulent activities. Any Member cash back will be forfeited.
Changes to Terms
User Agreement & Terms may change without notice. Member is responsible for checking User Agreement & Terms and if Member does not agree to the new User Agreement & Terms, then they must immediately stop utilizing ShopItBack.
